Sacred basil is said to have calming properties in general. Tulsi is said to have the ability to soothe nicotine-stressed cells. It is used for its activity in agitated and stressed moods. Tulsi is a plant recommended to Baptiste by an Ayurvedic doctor in Goa. So it was an obvious choice of ingredients for our Shiva Blends nicotine-free alternative .
