You can give notice of cancellation from this page at any time. Your request is recorded immediately.
Your subscription carries a minimum commitment of three paid deliveries. If you ask to cancel before the third delivery, the request is recorded straight away and takes effect after that third delivery. Once the commitment is met, the subscription continues for an indefinite term and can be cancelled at any time, provided the request arrives before the cut-off for preparing the next shipment.
These terms are without prejudice to your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantees. Withdrawal and cancellation are two distinct procedures.
