You have fourteen days to withdraw, with no reason to give and no penalty.
The period runs from the moment you receive your order. For a subscription with regular deliveries, it runs from receipt of the first delivery.
Withdrawal or cancellation?
These are two different things. Withdrawal undoes a recent contract and leads to a refund. Subscription cancellation ends future deliveries.

Return costs
The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. Products must be sent back no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal decision has been communicated.
Refund
The refund is made no later than fourteen days after you inform us of your decision. We may withhold the refund until the products are back with us, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be withdrawn, in two cases only: where a sealed product has been unsealed and can no longer be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons, and where the product is liable to deteriorate rapidly. A product that has simply been opened is not automatically excluded — every request is looked at individually.
